- Select "Report a Technical Issue (Bug)": Click on the option to report a technical issue.
- Fill Out the Form:
- Full Name: Enter your full name.
- Email Address: Enter your email address.
- Course/Section Affected: Specify the course or section where you encountered the issue.
- Device and Browser: Indicate the device and browser you are using (e.g., Windows 10, Chrome).
- Description of the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Steps to Reproduce: List the steps that can reproduce the issue.
- Attachments: Upload any relevant screenshots or files that might help understand the issue.
- Submit the Form: Click "Submit" to send your report to the technical support team.
- Wait for a Response: Once you submit the ticket please give us 24-48 hours to get the issue resolved.
