What should I do if I encounter a bug or technical issue?

If you encounter a bug or technical issue, follow these steps to report it:

  1. Navigate to the Support Section: Go to the "Support" section of the training portal.
  2. Select "Report a Technical Issue (Bug)": Click on the option to report a technical issue.
  3. Fill Out the Form:
    1. Full Name: Enter your full name.
    2. Email Address: Enter your email address.
    3. Course/Section Affected: Specify the course or section where you encountered the issue.
    4. Device and Browser: Indicate the device and browser you are using (e.g., Windows 10, Chrome).
    5. Description of the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue.
    6. Steps to Reproduce: List the steps that can reproduce the issue.
    7. Attachments: Upload any relevant screenshots or files that might help understand the issue.
  4. Submit the Form: Click "Submit" to send your report to the technical support team.
  5. Wait for a Response: Once you submit the ticket please give us 24-48 hours to get the issue resolved.
